Before Your Lesson

Please take a few moments to review and complete the following information before showing up to your lesson.

1. Google Form- Please fill out this short google form to tell us a bit more about yourself, so we can be ready to go when you arrive. This is very helpful to us! :) 

2. Waiver- Sign and submit this waiver electronically. Must have a signed waiver to participate. 

2. Payment- Please make payment to our Venmo account here:

What to bring with you the day of:

• Water

• Sunscreen 

• T-shirt, rashgaurd, or wetsuit 

• Towel 

• Surfboard if using your own

• Cash (if you did not already pay)

Look for the yellow shade tent!
